This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from FLKCore LLC, a US-registered company located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
By using our services, you agree to the conditions described below.
1. General Refund Policy
Because our work consists of custom development, design, marketing, and AI-powered solutions, refunds generally cannot be issued once work has started.
We invest time, resources, and expertise into every project — therefore all payments are considered final unless otherwise stated.
However, in certain cases, partial or full refunds may be approved under specific conditions (see below).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will only be reviewed if:
The request is submitted within 14 days of payment.
No significant portion of the service has been completed.
No final deliverables or project files have been delivered.
The reason for the refund is valid and clearly described.
FLKCore reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the project and work already completed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following services cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
Custom software or web development work already started
Completed design or branding work
Delivered marketing campaigns or strategy plans
SEO services for which time and tools have already been invested
AI systems, automations, or backend setups already built
Domain purchases, hosting, licences, third-party tools
Any service that has been fully delivered or partially delivered
Additionally:
Consulting calls, audits, or strategy sessions are non-refundable once completed.
4. Project Cancellation by the Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:
No refund will be issued.
In exceptional cases, FLKCore may offer a partial credit to be used for additional services.
Credits are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months.
5. Project Cancellation by FLKCore
If FLKCore determines that a project cannot be completed due to internal or external reasons:
A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the percentage of work completed.
The client will receive a detailed explanation of the cancellation.
6. Dissatisfaction With Results
Refunds cannot be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction such as:
“I changed my mind”
“This isn’t what I imagined”
“We no longer need the service”
“A different provider offered us something else”
However, FLKCore will always work with you to revise and improve deliverables when included in the service scope.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting FLKCore first is considered breach of agreement and may result in:
Account suspension
Immediate termination of services
Legal or collection action to recover outstanding balances

8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Funds will be returned to the original payment method
FLKCore is not responsible for bank or payment processor delays
